With hands-on experience alongside builders, she provides insight into construction quality, design, and the building process—helping clients make informed, confident decisions.

Cynthia has guided buyers and sellers throughout the new construction journey and has led educational seminars in partnership with the State Housing Assistance Authority, promoting smart homeownership choices.

Prior to moving to Florida, she studied at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston and was licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, bringing a keen eye for design, detail, and presentation to every transaction.
